What is the Purpose of NYC SCA Prequalification?
Prequalification allows SCA to determine the fitness of companies working on their projects. It includes an in-depth evaluation of integrity of owners and key principals, experience, quality of past work, financial capability, reliability, safety record, and more You can search prequalified vendors on the NYCSCA website here.
Who Needs to be Prequalified as a NYC SCA Vendor?
NYC SCA requires pre-qualification of prime contractors, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers/installers in order to bid or perform work. This includes companies subcontracted to perform soil disposal and hauling.
