This week Factor Group completed over a year of work on the Kosciuszko Bridge Replacement Project (Phase 2) in Brooklyn and Queens. The project included trucking approximately 90,000 tons of excavated soil for off-site beneficial reuse and disposal.
Despite being the most mispronounced and misspelled bridge in Metro NYC, it’s a critical part of many New Yorkers’ commute. K-Bridge boasts a throughput of over 160,000 cars per day! We are grateful to have partnered with Granite Construction Northeast, Inc. and NYS Department of Transportation. This amazing team managed to get this beautiful bridge up and running for New Yorkers under seemingly impossible deadlines!
