Factor is proud to hold a Trade Waste Broker Certification by the New York City Business Integrity Commission (BIC), a Class A Waste Handling License with Westchester County Solid Waste Commission, and an A-901 Solid and Hazardous Waste License with the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection.

Safe Haven

Factor’s culture is defined by safety, which means providing the right equipment, training, and preparation. It also means tearing down roadblocks to communication between the project team, safety managers, and our clients. We hold all members of our project team accountable to the same standards of safety, whether Factor employees or our subcontractors. Members of the Factor field team hold at minimum OSHA 10-Hour and 30-Hour Construction Safety Certifications, as well as OSHA 40-Hour HAZWOPER Certification.
